Operations / Production Supervisor 

About The Role- Urgent Need!

A Company with Explosive growth; rapidly capturing an expanding market place is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor.  Company seeks qualified leaders and offers a wide open career path for promotions in multiple roles, including Operations, Logistics, Corporate level, Manufacturing Sites for high performers.

Must have Food or Beverage Manufacturing (or similar consumer product manufacturing)  

Must have Previous supervisory experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance or Distribution.

Must have solid work history

Knowledge of Continuous improvement methodologies 

Company has doubled in size in the last 3 years – adding multiple products to their portfolio

Education and Experience-

MUST have:

-Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or experience combined with education

• Supervisory experience
• Food Manufacturing background or Consumer Products
• 2+ years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Facility
• Available to work multiple shifts
